Overview

We were appointed by our client to advise on the acquisition of the the original hospital which was built in 1855 and sits on a 4 acre site adjacent to Victoria Park.  The hospital was run by Barts NHS Trust until its closure and sale in 2015. Purchase was completed in 2015.

Our advice guided our client through site acquisition and proposal to deliver 400 or more residential units.
