Identification of off-market strategic freehold acquisition of 46-86A Dalston Lane Terrace comprising a terrace of seventeen 19th century properties; including original villas dating from around 1808. Derelict and squatted for a decade, we advised on the scheme to redevelop and refurbish the properties as part of the wider Dalston centre regeneration.
