A qualified Chartered Surveyor James has worked in the property industry for over 20 years, both in private and public sectors in advisory and principle roles.
James started his interest in property by helping renovate houses and working on building sites during school holidays.
James’ professional career began with Colliers CRE where he was advising clients on shopping centre and high street development and investment, then moved onto mixed-use residential-led development consultancy at Savills.
Post his time at Savills, James has both advised clients on the acquisition of residential-led developments and has sourced and development managed large scale regeneration developments in joint venture partnerships.
James has a resolve to grow collaborative partnerships; with his passion for place making and design reinforcing his belief that a design-led philosophy shapes and enhances the communities we live in.
James holds a BSc (Hons) in Real Estate from Oxford Brookes University and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2008 from the Savills graduate training programme.

With more than 50 years’ experience in the property industry, Peter trained and qualified as a Quantity Surveyor with Northcote and later moved into construction project management at London and Overseas, overseeing the delivery of large development projects in the Uk and Europe for clients.
Peter then set up St James’ Street Estates, which as a principle developer, saw him develop commercial and residential developments in Central London and the South of England.
Having delivered many large scale and complex development projects over his career, Peter brings a huge wealth of knowledge to the business advising on development, construction and project managing the delivery of schemes and contracts.
