Overview

Woodberry Park was at inception Europe's largest regeneration scheme providing over 5,500 new homes (41% affordable) a PDA between Berkeley Homes, Genesis Housing and the London Borough of Hackney.

Woodberry Park includes a new academy school, primary care trust facilities, commercial space and a public realm.

Scope of role

Negotiating the revision of the PDA on behalf of the Council, Monitoring of Section 123 valuations, negotiation of contracts and development monitoring and strategic advice to the Council.
