Overview
At inception, Woodberry Park was Europe's largest regeneration scheme, providing over 5,500 new homes (41% affordable) in a PDA between Berkeley Homes, Genesis Housing and the London Borough of Hackney.
Woodberry Park includes a new academy school, primary care trust facilities, commercial space and a public realm.
