Overview
Acquisition of 46-86A Dalston Lane Terrace in Dalston, Hackney on behalf of client. Comprising a terrace of 19th century properties, including original villas dating from circa 1808 with later parts of the terrace dating from circa 1815 and 1830.
In disrepair, derelict, part vacant for circa 10 years, the properties were acquired as a Heritage conservation led development to enable the full reinstatement, refurbishment and redevelopment of all the properties as part of the wider Dalston Junction regeneration.
