Acquisition of off-market Freehold.
Acquisition of former furniture manufacturing building situated on a 1.25-acre site in central Hackney. Relocation of previous facility outside of the Borough, into the Borough.
Negotiated the break of existing car pound lease, which had a significant rent review pending and the purchase of new Freehold car pound site.
Demolition of rear buildings to provide car pound storage, refurbishment of existing retained front buildings for office accommodation, installation of modular customer service centre and securitisation of entire site.
The new facility provided significant savings in rent, improved site management and reduced future operational costs.
